Research shows that scores can increase 15%-20% if students are present. In an attempt to be transparent with our attendance as we work to reach our 96% Attendance Rate goal, we will be posting daily and weekly attendance rates, beginning the week of January 21, 2013.
The Choir Banquet that was scheduled for TONIGHT, May 17, 2013, has been postponed due to the city curfew that would prevent several students from attending. The new date and time will be announced early next week.
Assistant Principals met with each grade level to review some of the changes and high points of the student code of conduct. The powerpoint has been made into a video (attached). Though several topics are discussed, students are responsible for all of the rules and expectations set out in the Student Code of Conduct which can be found in the Student Handbook.
